La Danta (Tapir in English) is the largest animal native to Central America. Dantas play such an important role in helping the forests re-seed themselves, that they have earned the nickname “gardeners of the forest”. Like Dantas, our small farmer partner plays a crucial role in caring for and meticulously processing these coffee beans to highlight their pure intrinsic flavors. This artisan coffee is washed then, sun dried for 10 days at their micro mill to give your palate unforgettable pleasure in every sip.
