ABOUT THIS COFFEE:
The origin of our Nery coffee is Santa María de Dota, Tarrazú region, an area best known for its shade-grown coffee and birdwatching. These beans come from a single farm started by a woman more than 30 years ago. As her business expanded, she added her own micro-mill to process the coffee. Currently, her son and two granddaughters run the family business. True to Santa Maria’s coffee reputation, this honey processed coffee, sun dried in African beds for 20 days, is truly a delight for your palate.
Fun Fact: Over 70% of the Dota territory, home of the resplendent quetzal, is a protected area.
